To everyone still writing handwritten notes: keep fighting the good fight. A couple of friends and I have been sending mis-holiday’d cards back and forth for years — a Christmas card in July, a birthday card six months late.

If I can tell you wrote it by hand, I’m a thousand times more likely to engage. The effort is the message. You can’t fake time.
